TruMotion

TruMotion is a manual rotary table developed for measuring parts with circular geometry.

Inspect circular parts in workshop environments with precision usually only found in laboratories.

Extreme precision 

TruMotion is a manual rotary table developed to measure circular geometry with very high precision directly in the production environment. The system makes it possible to analyse, for example, roundness, runout, flatness and concentricity with a precision normally associated with metrology laboratories.

Manual rotation for simple and flexible measurement

The table is rotated manually and spins freely, providing simple and intuitive handling when inspecting round parts. The manual rotation makes TruMotion particularly suitable for rapid quality control in workshop environments where the operator needs to be able to position and measure parts without complex programming.

Software to suit your application

For TruMotion you can choose software from RPI themselves or from Sylvac. Read more below. 

Stable design for parts up to 50 kg

TruMotion has a robust design with a maximum load capacity of up to 50 kg and a table with a Ø200 mm diameter. The system delivers axial and radial runout accuracy down to 0.001 mm and can be equipped with an adjustable probe holder, centring and levelling function, as well as software for data collection and report generation.

Software from Sylvac

Sylcom is the latest software product launched by Sylvac and has been designed to process information from instruments connected via Bluetooth® wireless technology or via a USB cable.

  • Fully compatible with all standard M-bus modules.
  • Data can be saved in Sylcom and then exported to an Excel file.
  • Several functions such as control plans, monitoring, statistics and SPC export are available.

Choose Sylcom Expert and connect up to 500 instruments via Bluetooth® to measure all linear dimensions as well as roundness and concentricity via RPI's TruMotion rotary table (Sylcom Expert special version required) in a single measuring cell.
