QuadScanDUO

QuadScanDUO is a dual-axis rotary table for coordinate measuring machines that increases the machine's productivity and flexibility.

Developed for complex components

QuadScanDUO is a dual-axis rotary table developed for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) where inspection of complex components requires measurement from multiple angles. The system is often used for checking, for example, rotor blades and blisks, where full access to the component's geometry is crucial.

Two axes for increased measurement flexibility

With both a rotary and a tilt axis, the workpiece can be positioned precisely during measurement. This makes it possible to reach more measurement points without having to move the component manually, which increases efficiency and improves the stability of the measurement process.

Compact and high-precision solution

QuadScanDUO has a Ø100 mm table top and handles loads up to 5 kg or 5 Nm. The backlash-free drive ensures smooth and stable rotation, while the rotational speed of up to 10 rpm contributes to an efficient measurement process. With an angular accuracy of 2 and 5 arcseconds, the system is well suited for advanced CMM metrology where high accuracy is required.
