Compact rotary table for fast and precise CMM inspection.
QuadProfile is the most compact rotary table in the Quadrant range and is specifically designed for fast and accurate measurement of smaller components. The system is suitable, for example, for inspection of internal blades in aircraft engines, gears and other precision components where high accuracy is required.
The rotary table is equipped with a backlash-free drive system that ensures smooth and accurate rotation during measurement. With a rotational speed of up to 10 rpm, QuadProfile enables efficient measurement and faster inspection processes in coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
QuadProfile can be used both horizontally and vertically, making it easy to adapt the setup to the component's geometry. With a table top of Ø200 mm, load capacity up to 100 kg or 25 Nm, and an angular accuracy of up to 2 arcseconds, the system is a compact and highly precise solution for advanced CMM metrology.
