Inspection of complex parts

QuadProfileDUO is a dual-axis rotary table developed for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) where advanced inspection of complex parts is required. The system is particularly well suited for, for example, rotor blades and blisks, where parts need to be measured from multiple angles to ensure correct geometry.

Two axes for increased measurement flexibility

With both rotary and tilt axes, the workpiece can be positioned precisely to provide full access to all measurement points. This flexibility enables the component to be inspected more efficiently and reduces the need for repositioning during the measurement process.

Stable and precise measurement

QuadProfileDUO features a backlash-free drive system that ensures smooth rotation and high repeatability. With a table top of Ø200 mm, rotational speed up to 10 rpm and load capacity up to 5 kg or 5 Nm, the system is designed for smaller but geometrically advanced components. The angular accuracy of 2 and 5 arcseconds makes the table well suited for precise CMM metrology.
