GeoSpin is an advanced measurement system for small turbine rotors in the aerospace and power generation industries.

Efficient inspection and fewer re-assemblies

GeoSpin is developed for measuring and assembling smaller gas turbine rotors within the aerospace and power generation industries. The system reduces the need for costly teardowns by up to 95% and improves productivity through fast, precise and flexible inspection directly on the shop floor.

IntelliProbe and advanced geometry handling

With IntelliProbe technology, miscentring errors of up to 2% of the part radius are corrected, enabling accurate measurement of roundness, runout, eccentricity, flatness and parallelism. GeoSpin can be equipped with 2, 4 or 8 inspection probes, handle loads up to 1,500 kg and measure an unlimited number of surfaces with sub-micron precision.

Flexible and user-friendly platform

The system offers manual rotation, advanced scanning, export of reports and data files, as well as intuitive templates for inspection. Together with IntelliStack software, rotor assembly can be optimised for minimal runout and imbalance, reducing assembly time, improving quality and minimising vibration in the final product.
