QuadSlimLine is a low-profile rotary table suitable for several applications such as inspection of rotors, blisks and gears.

Developed for large and complex components

QuadSlimLine is a low-profile rotary table developed for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) where inspection of larger components requires high precision and measurement capacity. The system is often used when checking, for example, rotors, discs, blisks and gears where the entire component geometry needs to be analysed.

Stable rotation with high precision

The rotary table is equipped with a backlash-free drive system that ensures smooth and accurate rotation during measurement. The high angular accuracy of up to 2 arcseconds makes QuadSlimLine suitable for advanced metrology where repeatability and positioning are crucial.

Low profile and high load capacity

QuadSlimLine is available in sizes from Ø400 mm up to Ø1500 mm and can handle loads up to 7,000 kg. The low overall height, between 150 mm and 200 mm, means the system can be integrated into CMM systems without unnecessarily reducing the measuring volume. The combination of high load capacity and compact design makes QuadSlimLine an efficient solution for inspection of large industrial components.
