LabStandardCOMPACTDUO is a dual-axis rotary table engineered for accurate inspection of complex 3D parts. The combination of a rotary axis and a tilt axis makes it possible to analyse components from multiple angles, making the system particularly suitable for, for example, rotor blades and blisks in the aerospace industry.

Precision positioning without backlash

The system is equipped with a backlash-free drive system that ensures very smooth and precise rotation. The rotary axis offers 360° movement while the tilt axis can be adjusted up to ±120°, enabling complete inspection of components from all relevant positions. The high angular accuracy – 2 arcseconds for the rotary axis and 5 arcseconds for the tilt axis – provides highly reliable measurement results.

Stable solution for fine metrology

With a table top of Ø200 mm and capacity for loads up to 5 kg or 5 Nm, LabStandardCOMPACTDUO is developed for smaller but geometrically advanced components. The rotational speed up to 10 rpm and the stable design make the system well suited for precision testing, metrology and detailed 360° inspection.
