Compact rotary table for precision measurement and calibration.
LabStandardCompact is a high-precision rotary table developed for accurate angular positioning, calibration and geometric inspection in metrology and test applications. The high-resolution angle encoder provides highly sensitive positioning and ensures stable and accurate measurement even with demanding precision requirements.
The rotary table can be used both horizontally and vertically, making it easy to adapt to different measurement setups. The backlash-free drive ensures smooth rotation and high repeatability, while the rotational speed of up to 10 rpm provides efficient positioning during the measurement process.
With a table top of Ø200 mm and a load capacity of up to 100 kg or 25 Nm, LabStandardCompact is designed for inspection of smaller components where high accuracy is crucial. The system offers an angular accuracy of 2, 1 or 0.5 arcseconds and is well suited for fine metrology, quality control and precision testing.
