VX5100 is an optical measuring machine from Chotest with their in-house developed measuring software VisionX. VisionX offers an easy-to-use interface and up to 80 analysis tools.

Automatic recording and sorting
Measurement results and key statistical information (e.g. mean value, σ, 3σ, 6σ, Ca, Cp, Cpk, etc.) are recorded and saved automatically. The operator can search for records based on different criteria.
Control the production process and improve product quality
The trend chart monitors deviations in production equipment and the production process by regularly tracking the trend of the measured values. For example, monotonic and periodic changes in the measured values.
