All optical measuring machines from Chotest come with their in-house measurement software, VisionX. The software is designed to give the user simple and fast analysis of their measurements. The program has clear visual elements that make analysis smooth. With up to 80 analysis tools, analysis is easy no matter what you are measuring.
The VX3030D has several functions that enable accurate dimensional measurement of parts from various fields and applications. This includes, among others, machinery, electronics, moulds, injection moulding, hardware, rubber, low-voltage devices, magnetic materials, precision stamping, connectors, connections, terminals, mobile phones, household appliances, circuit boards, medical equipment, watches, cutting tools, etc.
The VisionX software offers up to 80 tools for extraction analysis, including [Feature Extraction] (such as maximum points, centre lines, arcs, peaks, etc.), [accessory tools] (e.g. any point, line and circle, fitted straight line, fitted circle, tangent, inscribed circle, etc.), [smart marking], [form tolerance] and special tools [application tools] (e.g. pitch distance, pitch angle, groove, thread, round intersection, downward angle, rounded corners, etc.).
The measurement results and their key statistical values (e.g. mean, σ, 3σ, 6σ, Ca, Cp, Cpk, etc.) are recorded and archived automatically. Operators can select different filter criteria for historical extraction.
