As part of this, we work with management systems in all areas and have clear policies for how we should work. Environmental Policy and Goals

Our environmental policy is the foundation for continuous improvements and serves as our compass when setting and following up our environmental goals. We aim to be proactive in identifying areas where we can make positive changes and reduce our impact on the planet. The materials and methods used in our operations shall be sustainable, environmentally friendly, and we shall minimise waste and emissions.

Overall Environmental Goals

Efficient energy use is an important part of our collective task, therefore technical equipment should only be switched on when in use. When purchasing new technology and equipment, those that are energy-efficient, sustainable, and tailored to our needs are selected.

The solutions we offer our customers are optimised to efficiently and effectively use limited resources. We design our own products with sustainability in mind so that they can be repaired, recycled, and have an extended lifespan.

Our aim is to focus on minimising the consumption of precious resources, fuels for personal vehicles, and carriers in all our activities, including logistics and administration. When investing in new company cars, they should be a better environmental choice than previously purchased cars. That cleaning fluids and any other chemicals are declared and handled in the intended manner. For cleaning, environmentally labelled chemicals are chosen first. Packaging materials should be reused as much as possible, and the best environmental choice should be preferred when purchasing.

We encourage and support the development and use of renewable resources. We only use electricity from renewable and fossil-free sources. All waste that can be recycled should be sorted at source and, as far as possible, go to reuse or material recycling.  

Work Environment Policy and Goals

We want to be a pleasant and safe workplace that provides all employees with opportunities for variety and development in work. We strive for employees to influence the content of the work and the company's overall direction, and we work consciously to create comfort, community, and security. 

Overall Work Environment Goals

The aim of Nyli's work environment efforts is to create an environment that is perceived as developing and stimulating, as well as to prevent our employees from being exposed to risks of work-related ill health and accidents. 

All new employees should receive a clear introduction according to a routine that clarifies the purpose, mission, and work content of the business. 

Employees should be given the opportunity for training and learning if needed. Learning can also take place internally within the organisation in the form of knowledge exchange.

Our goal is to create a workplace where employees have a consensus on what constitutes offensive discrimination and that it is not accepted. Employees should be informed about where they can turn to and what help they can get if they feel exposed.

At least once a year, a workplace meeting is held by management for all employees, where goals, strategy, and current status are informed. This is to increase the experience of influence and participation among employees.

Impartiality

Nyli builds trust in its services by being objective in the execution of assignments. This means being attentive to ensuring tasks are performed impartially, without personal gain.

All employees within Nyli are informed of the market's demands on the company's credibility, that they should act impartially and be independent to the extent required with regard to the conditions under which they perform their services.

To achieve this, we will… 

  • Act impartially and maintain integrity in our assignments.
  • Have the authority and responsibility to abstain from or terminate an assignment if the requirement for impartiality and integrity cannot be met, and immediately report this to the nearest manager.
  • Shall carry out assignments according to current procedures and shall not be influenced by the external environment.
  • Shall identify and report circumstances that pose a threat to impartiality.

To ensure that all activities are conducted independently and impartially, we have identified and assessed the risks of all relationships and activities, and we continuously monitor potential risks. When risks or threats to impartiality are identified, measures shall be taken to minimise/eliminate them.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct at Nyli serves as an essential foundation for how we act professionally and ethically in our daily work.

It guides us in everything from business relationships and information management to respect for human rights and a safe working environment.

For us, it is crucial that every employee feels included, heard, and valued. When staff thrive and have confidence in each other, a strong and sustainable corporate culture is created. Therefore, the Code of Conduct is not just a document – it is a shared promise of responsibility, respect, and quality in everything we do.
