As part of this, we work with management systems in all areas and have clear policies for how we should work. Environmental Policy and Goals

Our environmental policy is the foundation for continuous improvements and serves as our compass when we establish and follow up on our environmental objectives. We strive to be proactive in identifying areas where we can make positive changes and reduce our impact on the planet. Materials and methods used in our operations shall be sustainable, gentle on the environment, and we shall minimise waste and emissions.

Overall Environmental Goals

Utilising energy efficiently is an important part of our shared mission, therefore, technical equipment shall only be turned on when in use. When purchasing new technology and equipment, those that are energy-efficient, sustainable, and sized for our needs will be chosen.

The solutions we offer to our customers are optimised to use limited resources effectively and purposefully. We design our own products with sustainability in mind so that they can be repaired, recycled, and have an extended lifespan.

Our endeavour is to focus on minimising the consumption of valuable resources, fuel for passenger cars, and carriers in all our activities, including logistics and administration. When reinvesting in the company's cars, they should be a better environmental choice than previously purchased cars. Cleaning fluids and any other potentially occurring chemicals shall be declared and handled in the intended manner. For cleaning, environmentally labelled chemicals are chosen first. Packaging material/boxes should be reused as far as possible, and the best environmental choice should be preferred at purchase.

We encourage and support the development and use of renewable resources. We only use electricity from renewable and fossil-free sources. All waste that can be recycled shall be sorted at source and, to the greatest extent possible, go to reuse or material recycling.

Work Environment Policy and Goals

We want to be a pleasant and safe workplace that provides all employees with opportunities for variety and development in their work. We strive for employees to be able to influence the content of the work and the company's overall direction, and we consciously work to create comfort, community, and security. 

Overall Work Environment Goals

The goal of Nyli's work environment efforts is to create an environment that is perceived as developing and stimulating and to prevent our employees from being exposed to risks of work-related health problems and accidents.

All new employees receive a clear introduction according to routine, which clarifies the purpose, mission, and work content of the business. 

Employees are given the opportunity for education and learning if needed. Learning can also take place internally within the organisation through the exchange of knowledge.

Our goal is to create a workplace where employees have a consensus on what constitutes offensive discrimination and that it is not accepted. Employees receive information on where they can turn and what help they can get if they feel exposed.

At least once a year, a workplace meeting is held by management for all employees, where goals, strategy, and current status are informed. This is to increase the experience of influence and participation among employees.

Impartiality

Nyli builds trust in its services by being objective in the execution of assignments. This means being attentive to ensure that tasks are carried out impartially without personal gain.

All employees at Nyli are informed about the market's demands on the company's credibility, that they should act impartially and be independent to the extent required, considering the circumstances under which they perform their services.

To achieve this, we will… 

  • Act impartially and maintain integrity in our assignments.
  • Have the authority and responsibility to refrain from or terminate an assignment if the requirement for impartiality and integrity cannot be met and immediately report this to the nearest manager.
  • Carry out assignments according to current procedures and not be influenced by the outside world.
  • Identify and report circumstances that pose a threat to impartiality.

To ensure that all activities are conducted independently and impartially, we have identified and assessed all relationships and activities for risks and continuously monitor potential risks. When risks or threats to impartiality are identified, measures should be taken to minimize/eliminate them.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct at Nyli forms an important basis for how we act professionally and ethically in our daily work.

It guides us in everything from business relationships and information management to respect for human rights and a safe work environment.

For us, it is crucial that every employee feels included, listened to, and valued. When staff feel comfortable and trust each other, a strong and sustainable corporate culture is created. Therefore, the Code of Conduct is not just a document – it is a shared promise of responsibility, respect, and quality in everything we do.
