VisionX software offers up to 80 tools for extraction analysis, including [Feature Extraction] (such as maximum points, centre lines, arcs, peaks, etc.), [accessory tools] (e.g. arbitrary point, line and circle, fitted straight line, fitted circle, tangent, inscribed circle, etc.), [smart annotation], [geometric tolerancing] and special tools [application tools] (e.g. pitch distance, pitch angle, groove, thread, round intersection, draft angle, rounded corners, etc.).
The measurement results and their key statistical values (e.g. mean, σ, 3σ, 6σ, Ca, Cp, Cpk, etc.) are recorded and archived automatically. Operators can select different filter criteria for historical extraction.
