Planoclean Detergent
Planoclean is available in two mixtures, Original and Light.
Original is the concentrated one and Light is pre-diluted.
Measurement technology has the potential to prevent serious errors in production, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. However, for measurement technology to generate cost savings, it is necessary to use correct references such as measuring tools and surface plates. These need to be calibrated and cleaned regularly to ensure accurate results.
We at Nyli developed Planoclean to ensure the cleanliness of surface plates and measuring instruments, and thus also the accuracy of measurement results.

Planoclean Original
Planoclean Original is a concentrated version and can be diluted with up to 80% water, depending on how dirty the object to be cleaned is. It can also be used undiluted for heavier dirt.
How to use Planoclean Original:
Apply Planoclean to the object so that the liquid covers the area to be cleaned. The application is easiest done by squirting the liquid directly onto the surface.
Use a cloth to spread the liquid over the surface. Work the liquid in so that it distributes evenly.
Let the product work for 1-5 minutes, depending on how dirty the object is. Then wipe off the liquid with a damp cloth. The affected area is then rinsed with water and finally dried with a cloth.
For measuring tools, oil the surface for protection against corrosion after cleaning with Planoclean. For ultrasonic cleaning of measuring tools, thread rings, gauges, etc., Planoclean should be diluted to a concentration of 1.5-2% and gauges are cleaned for 3-5 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling, at a temperature of 60ºC.

Planoclean Light
Planoclean Light is a pre-diluted version and can be used directly for cleaning surface plates and measuring tools.
