SITA seminar series consists of three modules, each of which can be booked separately.
Module 1 - Setting up Quality Assurance in Parts Cleaning Processes (30 min)

Review of industrial cleaning processes and how a process control can be used for a stable parts cleanliness.
Module 2 - Monitoring the Cleaning Bath (60 min)

Basic information on cleaning chemistry, bath contamination and measurement methods for suitable cleaner dosage and bath maintenance.
Demonstration of SITA DynoTester+ and SITA ConSpector.
Module 3 - Inspecting Cleanliness (60 min)

Overview of measurement and test methods as well as information on setting limit values with application examples. Demonstration of SITA CleanoSpector and SITA SurfaSpector.
All modules consist of a lecture section and a Q&A session.
After the seminar, participants receive the seminar documents and a certificate of attendance.
